Wood Boo Blocks

These Boo Blocks turned out so cute! Would you believe I made them from items I had laying around in my studio? I think my favorite part of this project is that my daughter broke the boards in Taekwondo! I have to say, she does a pretty even job breaking boards. You can make this cute set of Boo Blocks too with simple supplies. See the supply list below and watch the video for the full tutorial on how I did it.

Supply List

  • Scrap Wood- These pieces were sized 6in x 8in x 1/2in thick, but could be made smaller or larger

  • Wood Letter Cutouts- 6in x 41/2in (Choose letter size that fits within your scrap wood pieces)

  • Halloween/Fall Scrapbook Paper- 6in x 6in cut to size or larger if needed

  • Mod Podge

  • Acrylic Paint- Orange, Black, & Cream or match to your scrapbook paper colors

  • Flat paintbrushes

  • Wood Sanding Block- or make your own with wood block, sandpaper, & staples

  • Tacky glue or E6000
